We always hear the television cooking "stars" extolling the benefits of ribs, roasts, and other succulent meats that are cooked until they're "falling off the bone."
Unfortunately, today's major supermarkets have decided that consumers are too lazy to cook meats that have bones; hence, all you can find are boneless roasts and chops and steaks. Boneless. But there's loads of flavor in the bones.
Even whole fish, roasted or poached, are superior with bones.
Laziness is not a good thing; even when cooking and eating well are central. Prize animals have bones, so boneless is not better!
"Boneless" is bad grammar.
